Maybe it's a daunting task, or maybe you're the type of person who has spreadsheets and a special email address just for wedding planing (I see you. Genius idea.) Either way, you're here now, on my humble corner of the internet, researching wedding photographers.
Choosing your wedding photographer is a big deal! This is such a momentous occasion, and you want to make sure your photographer catches your partner welling up when they see how bomb you look in your well thought out wedding fit. Well, as fate would have it, I happen to have been quite the wallflower in my high school years, so no moment goes unnoticed through my lens. I'm big on candids for the most part, but definitely lean towards artsy when it comes to posed photos. If that sounds like your vibe, then you've come to the right place! :)

You're interested in hiring me! Yay! Once you send your email, I will check my calendar to see if I have the date available. I will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible to answer any initial questions and let you know if I have the date open. If I am available, I like to schedule a consultation phone call with you so we can talk more about your wedding and get to know each other a little :)
Consult call
I schedule a phone call with you (usually in the evening during the week,) and give you a call on said date/time. Your wedding is a big deal, I want to talk to you
Book
The consult call went great! Now you'd like to sign a contract and officially book me as your wedding photographer. I'm honored. I gush to my husband about how cool you were on the phone. You pay a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your date with me, and you officially have a wedding photographer booked! If your chosen package includes an engagement session, this is when we pick a date/location for that!

Shortly before your wedding (about a month before the date,) I will go over the day of timeline with you and help fine tune anything you'd like help with. Then I'll show up on your wedding day and y'all finally get to tie the knot! :')
